What data we collect
- Support tickets: when you open a ticket we collect the name, email address and message you provide, used only to answer you. Tickets are stored on this site’s server (EU).
- Server logs: the hosting provider (DigitalOcean via Cloudways, EU data centre — Frankfurt) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security, retained for a limited time.
- Donations: handled entirely by the external payment provider (e.g. PayPal); we never see or store your payment details.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and your consent, to send you product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email; delivery is handled by our processor Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU).
- Analytics (optional): if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) to help us improve the site. It is never set without your consent.
What we do NOT do
- No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data.
- The TranslateRocket plugin itself does not phone home: your content and API keys stay on your own WordPress site.
Third parties
- Google Analytics 4: loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Google processes anonymised usage data as our provider under the Google Privacy Policy; you can refuse or withdraw consent anytime from the cookie banner.
- Google reCAPTCHA: the support forms use Google reCAPTCHA (v3) to block automated abuse. Google receives your IP address and interaction data and processes it under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Google Fonts: pages may load the Google Fonts stylesheet from Google’s CDN (your IP reaches Google when fonts load).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU): processes newsletter subscriptions on our behalf to deliver the emails.
- Payments: donation pages are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy policies.
